Linda "Lady Fish" Frank, owner and operator of Always Perfect, has been helping women look great and feel better about themselves for over 29 years (the last 13 of those years in the same Port St. Lucie location), and the difference between her work and other services is that Linda is truly an artist. Linda began her art training at nine and has continued it throughout her entire life. After attending art school, Linda used her talent to paint professionally, in all mediums, including acryllic, oils and air brush, and today, she uses her skills as a trained portrait artist to enhance the looks of each and every one of her inevitably satisfied clients. "Most people who put on makeup are not artists," she says, "They don't know how to get the colors and shading exactly right. That's where my training comes in."
