Always Perfect

Linda "Lady Fish" Frank, owner and operator of Always Perfect, has been helping women look great and feel better about themselves for over 31 years (the last 16 of those years in the same Port St. Lucie location), and the difference between her work and other services is that Linda is truly an artist.

Linda began her art training at nine and has continued it throughout her entire life. After attending art school, Linda used her talent to paint professionally, in all mediums, including acryllic, oils and air brush, and today, she uses her skills as a trained portrait artist to enhance the looks of each and every one of her inevitably satisfied clients. "Most people who put on makeup are not artists," she says, "They don't know how to get the colors and shading exactly right. That's where my training comes in." In addition, Linda's artist nature brings an individual attention to detail with every client she sees. "Each client is a canvas," she says. "I don't mass-produce a look. Everything is individualized. I can do from subtle to dramatic. From a small beautyspot to eye shadow in 4 colors."

The first part of each permanent makeup consultation begins with an evaluation of a person's needs. Linda carefully considers and recommends colors and styles that fit each individual face. In an easy-going and tactful way Linda shows how certain colors flatter your face. "It's a very personal choice. I love helping people feel better about themselves, whether it's camouflaging a scar, adding eyebrows, or lining lids and lips." She's a believer in the process for herself as well, having designed and self-applied her own permanent makeup.

Linda truly loves what she does, and it shows. "It's a blessing to me to hear how wonderfully permanent makeup has benefitted my clients lives."
